SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages from Perpetual Improvements LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a general contractor serving Northern Virginia.

1. What texts you'll get

When you request an estimate on our website, or call or text us and ask us to contact you, you agree that we may text the number you give us about your project. These texts include replies to your estimate request, scheduling and reminders for your on-site estimate, your written estimate, and updates while we work on your project. Some texts may be sent by automated means.

Offers and specials (optional): only if you check the separate, optional marketing box on our estimate form, we may also text you occasional offers, seasonal specials and openings in our schedule. Leaving that box unchecked doesn't affect your estimate. Replying STOP stops all texts from us, including these.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can always call us at (703) 686-8849 instead.

2. How often

Message frequency varies with your project. Most people get a few texts around their estimate, and more while work is underway. If you opted in to offers and specials, those are occasional, typically no more than a few a month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. We never charge for our texts.

4. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (703) 686-8849 or admin@perpetualimprovements.com.

5. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above.
