Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy for Perpetual Improvements LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) explains what information we collect when you visit perpetualimprovements.com, request an estimate, or call, text or email us, and how we use it.
Questions? Email admin@perpetualimprovements.com or call (703) 686-8849.
1. What information do we collect?
When you request an estimate: our estimate form asks for the type of project, your ZIP code, when you want to start, your name, phone number and email address, (on our contact page) any notes you choose to add, and whether you checked the optional box to get offers by text.
When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address, what you tell us about your project, and any photos you send.
Collected automatically: when you visit our site, we note the page you first landed on, the website that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm tags or the click IDs added by Facebook or Google ads). This is kept in your browser only for your current visit and is sent to us with your estimate request so we know which ad or page brought you in. If we run ads, our pages may also use the Meta Pixel, described in section 4. We also count clicks on our call, text and estimate buttons to see how well the site works.
2. How do we use your information?
- To reply to your estimate request, usually within one business day
- To call or text you to set up your free on-site estimate and talk through your project
- To send your written estimate and keep you updated once work begins
- To see which ads and pages bring in estimate requests, so we spend our advertising wisely
- To keep spam and fake submissions out of our estimate form
3. Who do we share it with?
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers that host our website and run the tools we use to receive estimate requests, keep customer records, and call, text and email you. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
- Advertising partners, such as Meta, through the tools described in section 4.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged or transferred.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
None of the above includes text messaging opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies, pixels, maps and fonts
Meta Pixel: if we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, our pages may use the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can opt out at facebook.com/adpreferences or optout.aboutads.info, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.
Maps and fonts: our service-area maps load map images from OpenStreetMap and map code from Cloudflare’s cdnjs, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address when they send those files to your browser.
Links to other sites: links to our Google reviews or other sites take you to pages run by those companies, which have their own privacy policies.
5. Text messages
If you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, we may call or text you about your estimate and project, including by automated means. We send texts about offers and specials only if you check the separate, optional marketing box on our estimate form. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. For help, reply HELP or call (703) 686-8849. See our SMS Terms for details.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Reviewing, updating or deleting your information
To review, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop calls and texts, email admin@perpetualimprovements.com or call (703) 686-8849.
7. Children
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Do-Not-Track
No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them.
9. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above.
